Founded by Roberto Barrozo on June 17, 1983. it had a daily circulation of 9,000 to 10,000 copies. My duties was to arrange the material on a newspaper page, according to editorial and graphical guidelines. Main editorial goals included the ordering of news stories by order of importance, while graphical considerations include readability and balanced, unobtrusive incorporation of advertising.
